CRAFT@THE CENTRE

Craft@The Centre is new for 2024 and located in our new Craft Room at The Crafty Cafe.

Craft@The Centre will take place every Wednesday between 10am and 12pm and is open to all. You are welcome to bring along your own craft project, share crafts with others or just sit, chat and drink a complimentary beverage with lovely people.

Jo will be offering taster crafts alternate weeks and through the holidays for you to get 'hands on' with if you wish. A list of upcoming taster sessions are detailed below.

TASTER SESSIONS

  • Floating Bead Necklace

    Wednesday 13th March 10am - 12pm

    Join us and make your very own floating bead necklace with resident jeweller Elizabeth.

    £5 - All Materials provided.

  • Wet Felting

    Wednesday 27th March 10am - 12pm

    Have a go at making a simple picture using just wool tops and soap. You will be amazed at the art of wet felting.

    £5 - All materials provided. Please bring a small hand towel.

  • Clay Pots

    Wednesday 3rd April 10am - 12pm

    Join us and get hands on with clay. Learn some basic coiling skills and design your own pot. Your makes will be fired and returned for you to finish at home.

    £5 - All materials provided. Over 15's only.
